Nothing is paid on this website; these are the rules for returning money paid to us later.

This website does not take payment. Nothing is charged here, so there is nothing to refund on anything sent through this page. This policy covers amounts paid later, directly to us, and it is published in advance so the rules are known before anyone pays anything.
Where a deposit is paid to secure an order or a booking, it is refundable in full if you cancel before we begin the work. We issue the refund within 10 business days of the written request, to the same account the payment came from.
Should we be unable to deliver what was agreed for a reason on our side, everything you paid is returned in full, without deduction or fee.
If you cancel after we have started, we refund what has not yet been committed to materials or labour, and we set out the deduction in writing, itemised, before the refund is issued.
Send the order reference to contact@esteticrubberartefusa.online. Receipt is confirmed the same business day, with the date the refund will be paid.
